2、Familiar with method of manufacturing on precision part and understand how to breakdown the machining cost.
3、Able to speak English, good writing skill and good management techniques.
4、Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal.
5、Self motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team. 
6、2-3 years of project management skill.
